TAUMARUNUI PETITION. It is officially announced that the election petition lodged by Mr C. K. Wilson, the defeated candidate for Taumarunui, against the return of Mr W. T. Jennings, is to be heard at Te Kuiti. and not at Taumarunui, as formerly stated. The proceedings are to commence at 10.30 a.m. on Monday, February 22nd, and Mr Justice Cooper and Mr Justice Chapman will be on the bench.
