EMPRESS PICTHRES
To-night'a programme is one that will appeal and interest everyone. In addition to the Latest War Budget, a Kalem star entitled, "Death Sign at High Moon," and a Vitigraph Btar, "The Trap," Will be screened. The supporting films are of the usual high order. PEOPLES' PICTURE PALACE. On Monday next a specially interesting programme will be presented, when tha celebrated English character actor, Mr Max P. Jefferson, will appear in Sir A. Gonan Doyle's adaptation of Henry Chappell'a famous poem, "The Day." He will also present several of Gordon's playlets. Judging from the press comments in various parts of the world, the public can rely on enjoying a very pleasant and interesting evening's entertainment.
