SIEGE OF PRZEMYSL.
SURRENDER IMMINENT,

It is stated that the AUBtrian commander at Przemysl offered to surrender on condition that the garrison was left at liberty. The Russians refused the offer. Four Austrian army corp3 which escaped from the buttle on the San river are now at Przemysl. The defenders of Przemysl have been decimated by cholera. The victims are buried in huge pita of quick lime on the outskirts of the town. The epidemic has necessitated the destruction of a great amount of provisions. The Russians are exhausting the garrißon prior to a final assault, which may take place on the feast of Saint Nicholas, on December (Hb. The garrison made two desperate sorties and reached the main body of the Russians seven miles from the city. They then found themselveß between two crossfires and Were obliged to retreat. The military Governor of Cracow has expelled the civilian population. Fifty thousand Poles have fled in all direction?.
