BULGARIANS FAVOUR ENTENTE.

A German official message states that the fighting round Lodz and eaßt of Czenstochowa is Btill without decision.

According to the Pbtrograd newspaper Kusskoeslovo, the German Generals von Bredow and von Bromel committed suicide at Czenstochowa after a groat German defeat. Advices from Sofia state the defeat of the Serivans at Valejevo has created an impression in Bulgaria, where popular feeling sides with the Entente. !M. MalinotT, the Democratic leader, in a Bpeech to the Bulgarian Farliament, demanded the opening of negotiations with the Entente to secure a guarantee of the realisation of Bulgarian unity.

Paris advices state that the French Cabinet has decided to lend Greece £833,000.

M. Janescu, Rumanian Minister for the Interior, in a telegram to the Vetchernoye Vremya says that all Rumania's interests and future are inseparably bound up in the victory of the Triple Entente. A German victory would imply the burial of all the Balkan States' hopes of independence.
