On 16th inst., at my Uruenui yards, I had a full yarding, for which there was keen competition, practically everything being cleared at the following, prices-—Yearling heifers 34s to 42a, 15 months Shorthorn heifers £2 14s, coloured yearlings, to 15 month heifers £2 7s 6J to £2 15s, yearling steers £2 17s, two year Jersey steers £4 4s, two year empty heif rs £3 Us to £4 ss, three year steers £7 6s, store cows £4 12s to £4 19s, small frsmed cows £3 4s to £3 10s, forward cows £6 to £6 lis, fat cows £7 10s to £8 7s vary strong demar.d, dairy cows £4 5s to £l, good (springing beifers £5 5s to £7* ss, smaller sorts £4 to £5 ss, yearling Holstein bulls £?> 7s 6d, yearling Jersey bulls £2 to £3 2s 6d, dairy bulls up to £9 lGs, heavy balls for' canning £l2 15s and £l3, mediu.ii sized bulls £9, pedigree Jersey yearling hu'la £.6 6s, fat shorn ewes 20s, mixed fats 20s 6d, shorn rams 20s £d, small hoggets 15s 6d, store pigs 34s 63, Flips 18s.
