GERMAN ATROCITIES.

ROULERS CITIZENS MURDERED. HISTORIC CHURCH DESTROYED. Received Tuesday, 11.45 p.m. Amsterdam, Monday. A telegram states the Germans have reoccupied Roulers. The Allies have gained ground near Nieuport. Two 42 centimetres, and ten 28 centimetres guns have arrived at Bruges and Ghent. Roulers is full of German wounded. The citizens of Roulers were sgain marched in front of the German troops when the latter advanced to battle. About a thouasnd inhabitants of Roulers have been murdered, and the church of Notredame has been plundered and destroyed.
