AUSTRIAN FLANK TURNED. GERMANS' RAPID RETREAT. Received Tuesday, 11.5 p.m. Rome, Monday. The Messageros' Petrograd correspondent states the Austrian right has been completely turned. . The Germans in Poland continue to retreat towards Kah'sh. Russian cavalry give the Germans no rest and the German* are demoralised.
