DOMINION EXPEDITIONARY FORCE.

REINFORCEMENTS TO BE SENT. In connection with New Zealand's Expeditionary Force proper steps are to bs taken to provide reinforcements in order to keep the force up to the standard. Thß quota require! for the 16th (Waikato) Regiment, in which the majority of the King Country vcluiiteere are enrolled, is as follows: Twenty per cent, six weeks after the sailing of the Expeditionary Force, or two sergeants, two corporals, and 45 privates, driverß, etc., and five per cent, monthly thereafter, consisting of one corporal and 11 privates. Officers and men will be selected from the volunteers for oversea service taken from the Territorial forcq, Rifle Clubs, ex-volunteers, and civilians. Selected men must be enrolled in the Territorial force. N.C.O's. and men of the Territorial force will apply to the Adjutant, whilst others must apply to the Group Commar.dar, Hamilton. To be eligible for selection officers and men must fulfill the following conditions between the ago of 20 and 40 years; be above sft 4in in height; be less than 12 stone in weight; be passed as medically fit for active service; be trained at a Concentration Camp to be formed at TrAthHm under the orders of the Defence Department, Wellington, for a course o£ training lasting for 36 working: days—six weeks. Preference will be given to single men. Whilst at the camp at Trentbam, pny will be the same as at camp and will be increased to the ecale of that laid down for the Expeditionary Force from the data of leaving New Zealand. Aa far as possible each company will provide one quarter of the men and applicants should, when stending in their written applications, state which company they belong to as well as their age, height, weight, ana whether married or single. Applications will be received from now on, a roll being kept of them, and those whose services are accepted, provided that they fulfill the above conditions, will receive further instructions when they are ref ouired.
