RACING PERMITS.

MR HUNTER'S BILL CARRIED. The amendment to tho Gnnriirig Act proposed Dy Mr G. Hunter, member for Waipawa, was introduced to Pariament on Wednesday, and was dificussed freely from a non-narty standpoint.
