Sheep will eat it with relish and put oh conditionIf this course is pursued for three seasons, the weed gives little or no trouble. The work of pegging out the Man* gakokopu road to ascertain the cost of completing it is at present being done. Settlers anticipate a substantial vote for this road on the forthcoming Estimates. Anything but a large sum for the improvement of this road will cause grave disappointment. Application is to be made to the Minister of Publis Works to commence work immediately in anticipation of the money to be voted.
