On Saturday last eleven members of the Te Kuiti Golf Club visited Hamilton and played, a series of games on the St, Andrew's links. The following are the results. R. Farrer 1 d=wn; J. B. Sharpies lost to B. P. Hunt, 5 and 3; N. C. Matthew lost to A. G. Shand, 1 down; S. Keltfo lost "to E. B. Heywood, 3 and 2. A very enjoyable time was spsht and the course, in spite of wet weather, was found to be in perfect condition. At a committee meeting of the Te Kuiti Golf Club held in the" Chronicle office last evening, it'was decided that a ladies' Bogey handicap be held on Friday next and men's Bogey handicap on Satuiday, cards for same can be obtained from the secretary. On July.2stb, combined foursomes.will be held. The secretary particularly asks all members who wish to take part in this competition to notify h,im, ;without fail, by July 21at,so that the draw can be made.
