COUNTY RATEPAYERS' ASSOCIATION.
ELECTION OF DELEGATES. A meeting of ratepayers in the Paemako riding of the Waitomo County Council, was held at Pio Pio on Saturday. Mr Jackson presided, and then was a fair attendance of ratopaverß. After a general discussion it was decided that a riding committee be formed and that a delegate should he appointed to act as the Paemako representative on the executive. Mr R. Livingstone was appointed delegate and Mr Laughton secretary to the committee. At a meeting of the Otorohanga riding ratepayers, Mr JR. G. Matthews was appointed delegate to represent the riding on the executive.
