Sir. —I wish to call attention to a serious nuisance in the town in the shape of stray horse 3at right. The nuisance is particularly bad on th* eastern side of the river and accidents have been narrowly averted on more than one occasion. If the ranger did a night; round ocasionally it might have the effect of stopping the practice of allowing horses to wander t 0 the danger of the public—l am, etc., SUBURBANITE.
