BOROUGH LOAN PROPOSAL.
The Editor. Sir,—ln the previous issue of your paper a notice appears that the Borough Council intend approaching the ratepayers with proposals for a loan of £13,000. Before this matter goes to the poll I consider it is to our interests that the Council should call a meeting, and explain how and where this money is to be expended, and what interest they propose to pay for same. No doubt there are others beside the writer who would like a little information meted out.—l am, THE MISSING LINK.
