TE KUITI BUTTER.
A TRIBUTE FROM LONDON.
The following letter has been received by the manager of the Te Kuiti Co-operative Dairy Co,, with reference to the consignments of nutter sent to W. Weddel and Co., London: "Limedale Brand. The consignments we have had from the Te Kuiti factory under the above brand have turned out very satisfactory, especially the first shipment of first grade quality. Ihis was a very fine parcel and compared favourably with any factory on the market. The colour was a little on the pale side, but this is in no way detrimental as we have numerous buyer 3 for this class of butter in the Midlands as also in Manchester, Liverpool and north of England generally.' The flavour, texture and general handling were also satisfactory. We have introduced this brand to several high class retailers, and there will be no difficulty in disposing of every bos of butter the factory can ship us next season at top market rates. —W. Weddel and Co., Ltd., London."
