EMPIRE PICTURE COMPANY. Another excellent programme was presented by the Empire Picture Company at Te Kuiti Town Hall on Monday night, the large audience present amply testifying to its undoubted popularity in no unmistakeable manner. "The Lighthouse by the Sea" waß one of the finest pictures we have seen, and was closely followed by a couple of very beautiful scenics, "The Circus Girl," "Pathe Gazette," "Winsome Winnie's Smile," and other items of a really excellent programme. A big star attraction is to be included in next Monday's series namely the dearly - loved Scottish drama, "Rob Roy." The picture was taken on the original ground where Rob Roy held sway, the Clachan of Aberfoyle, by kind permission of the Duke of Montrose, and is said to be a wonderful picture, abounding in beautiful surroundings and splendid acting. An entirely new programme of a most up-to-date nature will accompany this great picture.
