WILL SEE IT THROUGH. By Tolcftrnph.—Press Associntion.-Cop.Yrislit Received January 23, 9.35 p.m. London, Yesterday. Sir Edward Carson, at Liverpool, opened the Lancashire anti-Home Rule campaign. He said the Government's insults had culminated in a deliberate attempt to provoke disorder or cover Ulster with contempt. Ulster Unionists would have been false to their principles had they come to any other decision. He added the cost might be great and the suffering terrible but they were determined to see the matter through. THE OTHER ASPECT. Herbert Samuel, speaking at Redcan, said had Ulster intolerance prevailed in England no Empire would have existed, no colony dependency or protectorate would have tolerated a rule so oppressive and arrogant.
