PORTUGUESE AND GERMAN ASPIRATIONS.

The Portuguese in London announces that the rumour that Portugal desires to dispose of any colonies is false. The colonial po'icy is to be developed in harmony with the Portuguese alliance with Britain. Dr Solf states his visit to England is entirely unconnected with any German aspirations as to Portuguese Africa.
