Beatrice Alice Forbes, aged three, died yesterday as a result of a bul[et wound, received by the accidental discharge of an air gun. Deceased was having dinner with her parents at Opotiki on December 19th, and her little brother was playing with tho gun, not knowing the weapon was loaded.
