GRAFT IN CANADA.
MINISTER ACCUSED. By Telegraph..—l'ress Association.—Copyrlgnt Received May 2, 11.45 p.m. Ottawa, Yesterday. Accusations are appearing in the Press making charges of graft against the Minister of the Interior in connection with railway and land transactions. The Hon. Frank Oliver, Minister of the Interior, promised an explanation, stating that Sir Wilfrid Laurier possessed the usual facts.
