MARAETAUA LAND SALE.
Intending settlers are reminded of the sales of leases by public auction to be held by the Maori Land Board on Tuesday next, 24th inst., at 2 p.m., at the Courthouse, Te Kuiti. The eleven sections to be sold range from 20 to 623 acres, and are situated in the Maraotaua Nos. 90, 10, 2 B 3 and 2 R 4 blocks. Lying six or eight miles from Te Kuiti on the main Awakino road, and of good quality, the sections are particularly attractive to settlers wishing to live on a good metalled road. Mr J. W. W. Seymour will be in attendance at Te Kuiti on Saturday and Monday next, for the purpose of showing prospective settlers over the ground. Pie leaves Green and Colebrook's corner for the block at 10 a.m. on each of the mornings mentioned. The president of the Maori Land Board arrives in Te Kuiti on the evening of Monday 23rd inst., and will stay at Kelvin House. lie also will be pleased to givu intending selectors any desired information as to the lesnue, etc.
