Sir, —The summer is with us and will soon be gone, and those who subscribed to the fund for the erection of a hall at Aria are curious to know what is being done in the matter, as most of the subscribers, I am led to believe, were informed that everything was in readiness for the work to be started some time back, and it is still in a state of "as you were."
