FOOTBALL.
Maniapoto Rugby Union. A meeting of the above union was held in the president's office last evening, Mr Falwasser occupying the chair. A large amount of correspondence was dealt with. Several accounts were passed for payment. It was resolved that the balance of the amount collected at the gate at the Maniapoto-King Country match, less expenses, be handed 1o the Domain Board. The secretary was instructed to forward the names of the following players, who have joined the Northern Union League, to the South Auckland Rugby Union:—Tuheka Hetet, Brown, F. Kerr, J. Taylor, Burnell and Houghton.
