The address delivered by Mr A. I'. Bennett, District Health Inspector, in Hattaway's Hall, last evening, attracted p very fair audience. Mr J. Boddio occupied the chair, and in a few words referred to the benefits derived from a proper system of sanitation. Mr Bennett read an excellent paper on the Mosaic Sanitary Code and its relations to modern sanitation, and showed a very instructive set of lantern pictures dealing with his subject. Mr Beniiett conveyed a great amount of valuable information to his hearers and at the conclusion of the address received a well merited vote of thanks.
