Improved Prices.
A cable from London dated September 2V, states that the wool sales opened on Tuesday to brisk competition. These was an all round advance of fifteen p«r cent, as compared with the closing rates at the last sales. WELLINGTON, This Day. The following cabb* has been received from the High Commissioner dated Septemcbr 2!: -"The wool safes hare commenced to a very brisk demand ffl great competition from American jad Contmental buyers. Supplies *Ol be moderate. The market has advanced Itofly Id on the average closing price* of last sale."
