(Own Correspondent.) A meeting of those interested in the formation of a dairy factory was held in the Miroahuiao Halt on Saturday last. There were about 30 settlers present, Mr G. Elliott being in the chair. Correspondence was received from Mason, Struthers and Co., with reference to the proposed factory. Mr < Jones, of Te Kuiti, submitted plans { for a building, which were considered , satisfactory. The majority of the settlers are en- ' taring into the movement enthusiast!- ' tally, and the necessary guarantors are ' practically assured.
