Venezuela's Ex-President Ex-president Castro, of Venezuela, who has been in Europe for attention,is returning to South America. He will remain in the British Island of Trinidad, and will not be allowed to land in Venezuela. Owners of steamers will be prosecuted if they carry' him back to Caracas.
