GRACE ELTON COMEDY COMPANY.
An excellent audience greeted the Grace Elton Comedy Company on opening at Te Kuiti on Wednesday evening l . The programme consisting of sketches, comic songs, dances, musical extracts and solos, besides bell-ringing and a wondeful acrobatic violin performance, was of the brightest nature and kept the house in a ripple of laughter from start to finish. It is doubtful if ever the town saw two people capable of giving such a versatile preformance, and one which makes such calls upon the adaptability of the artists. The company will present a complete change of programme at the Te Kuiti Hall this evening, including the famous comedy "When Jones left home." To-morrow evening the Company is billed to appear at Otorohanga.
