NATIVE TOWNSHIPS.

The Native Minister has informed Mr Jennings that steps are being taken by his Depaitment to have Otorohanga, Te Kuiti, Kawhia, and other Native townships brought under the operations of the Native Towships Local Government Bill, 1905. When these townships are constituted under this act they will be able to take advantage of the Loans to Local Bodies Act.
