OTOROHANGA COURT.
On Tuesday, June oth, before Wm, Vicary and C. J. Johnson, J's.P., Arthur Coles and Mathew Ryan, alias Lyon?, were charged that on April 25th, they obtained, in company with two others, from Robert Green, of the (inn of Green and Coiebrook. Limited, goods to the value of £1 1 iK s , by means of a false pretence. After hearing evidence they were found guilty and convicted, and each ordered to pay half the amount of goods obtained, viz. £5 I2s6d with, costs. On Thursday, Tune nth, before Mr E. C. Cutten, S.M., C. Solomon brought a claim against Nohohotahi for £2 14s, judgment being given for plaintiff for amount churned and £t 2s costs. —H. Hine v. Mason and Patu pa.tu tor £5 ss, for services rendered as a solicitor. Adjourned till August 13th. -\Y. Slaudish v. G. Colville, claim for £BO os (xl as commission. Further adjourned till August I3th.
