K.C.C.] TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —I should like to call the attention of the Rugby Union to the fact that no proper arrangements have been made to provide referees for the matches. Last Saturday at Te Kmti the game was delayed considerably through no referee being appointed, and eventually a spectator had to take charge of the game. ih:S is not as it should be. f know that the Union secretary has been laid up for some j time, but surely the other Union members should have seen to this important matter.—l am, etc., P PLAYER.
