TO THE EDITOR. Sir, —I understand that the pans for the nightsoil service at Te Kuiti ; have been on hand for some time, but hitherto no service has been in- ; stituted. Surely the residents are not allowing; this important matter j lapse? ~lf so, it is to be hoped the I Council or the Health Department j will adopt strong measures to enforce the service. I have obtained a pan i for use. and am anxiously awaiting a j visit by the contractor. _ Trusting ' there will be no cicia\ m. placing me master on a proper looting. I am, e ' tc> , RATEPAYER.
