♦ Loyal Te Kuiti Lodge.

The usual fortnightly meeting of the Te Kuiti branch of the Oddfellows' Lodge was held in the Congregational Church on February 6th. N.G. Bro. Larritt presided, and there was a good attendance. Several new members were initiated, and a number of intending members were proposed. Considerable time was devoted to a consideration of rules, and a number of new regulations were were proposed and adopted. It is gratifying to note that the Lodge funds are in a sound state, and there is every prospect of institution flourishing and becoming one cf the leading branches of the district. Next Lodge night is fixed for February 20th, and intending members are requested to get throught their medical examination before that date.
