ADELAIDE, Dec 20 Govt received communication from British Legation Buenos Ayres notifying that twenty families in New Australia Settlement are destitute. Latter says if people are afforded means to return to Australia it will obviate much suffering, especially among women and children. SYDNEY, Dec 20 , Casey, agent New Australia Settlement, is appealing for lunds to send to Paraguay several families whose heads have already gone there. They have suffered considerably through collapse and been left practically destitute. The organisation there is absolutely without funds.
