By a collision at St. Pancras station, owing to the break failing to act, two carriages of Scotch mail train were telescoped, and 22 passengers injured. It is now believed that the Japanese attack on naval station and arsenals at Weihaiwai was a ruse to ascertain the number and strength of guns. PARIS, Aug 13
Majority of Anarchists disarmed (?), as it was not proved they belonged to any criminal Society. Two convicted of robbery and sentenced to 8 and 15 years’ imprisonment respectively. They were tried under the old law.
