SYDNEY May 14 Threatened lockout in boot trade came off this morning. Directly, or indirectly, between 8,000 and 9,000 men, women and children are iflected bv the strike. Cause of strike was refusal of employees in three factories to work alongside of one nonunionist in each factory.
