SIDNEY, May 11 Boot Manufacturers’ Association resolved that unless strike is declared off by Monday they will close all factories where unionists are employed. Men held meeting at which the master’s ultimatium was received, and decided to take no notice of it, they also negatived amendment proposing conference bo held. About 30 factories are represented in Employer’s Union. Projected lock out will affect between 2000 and 3000 men.
