PERTH (W.A.), April 27 News received that Lynch law is being adopted at Coolgardie. Miner detected robbing a tent had a rope placed round bis neck and a tree selected on which to hoist him. He was only saved by intervention of several miners.
MELBOURNE, April 27 At annual meeting of Melbourne Chamber of Commerce, the president, in his address, said the Colony at the last Govt was on the down grade, but it was now fairly started on the np grade.
