ROAD TO WAITAIA BAY

LENGTH TO BE LEGALISED (DECISION OF THE COUNCIL “That the council take steps to have the new Waitaia Bay access road legalised, Mr Ross to be written to stating that any fencing required will be his own obligation and asking him to put in writing his agreement to give land free of compensation,” was a resolution carried at the March meeting of the Coromandiel County Council. The above resolution was proposedl by the chairman, Mr C. C. Rae and seconded by Mr T. E. Simpson. A letter was also received from Mr Ross asking the council to legalise the road.
