COUNTY PROTEST
HEAVY TRAFFIC FEES OPPOSITION TO CONFERENCE At the March meeting of the Coromandel County Council a letter was received from Raglan County Council regarding the allocation of heavy traffic fees and calling a conference. After a short discussion it was proposed by Cr. T. E. Simpson, seconded by Cr. C. S. A. Geard, “That a letter of protest by sent regarding re-allocation of heavy traffic fees, which would have the effect of reducing the amount to be received by the Coromandel County Council.” — Carried.
