To Visit Paeroa The Commissioner of Social Security and secretary for War Pensions will be visiting Paeroa, on the morning. of Tuesday, September 7. Any person who wishes an interview relative to Social Security or War Pensions may do so at the Social SecurityOffice, Paeroa, and appointments may be made through the Registrar.
Have Your Child’s Photograph Taken The happiest period of parenthood is that when the children are young, but such memories would soon fade if they were not kept fresh by photographic records. Opportunity to keep these records complete will be available when Mrs. Hal Colledge of Raefern Studios, Auckland, who is a specialist in child photography, will visit Paeroa on Friday, September 17 next. Appointments may be made with Mr ■P. H. Leigh, chemist.
Democratic Labour Meets Mr D. C. Beloe, the official candidate for the Hauraki electorate in the forthcoming election in the interests of the Democratic Labour Party advises per advertisement in this issue that he will address meetings in the Turua Hall bn Monday, iSeptember 13, and in the Netherton Hall on Tuesday, September 14. Both meetings will commence at 8 p.m.
