At the annual meeUmr of shareholders of the Te Aroha-Thames Valley Co-operative Dairy Company, Limited, the nominations were accepted unopposed of two retiring directors. Messrs D. Courtney and H. M. Corbett. A further nomination accepted unopposed was that of Mr C. Christensen in place of his brother, Mr N. C. Christensen, who recently resigned from the directorate. These have now been declared elected.
