ARMED FORCES BOARD SITTING HELD IN PAEROA DECISIONS GIVEN ON FRIDAY A sitting of the No. 1 Armed Forces Appeal Board was .held in the Courthouse, Paeroa, the chairman, Mr Edwin Edwards, presiding. The appeal of the Shell Company of New Zealand for a driver, E- Coppins, of Paeroa, was adjourned, re-* servist to 'be replaced if and when re-’ placement was possible. Decisions were deserved in the appeals of the Ohinemuri County Council for T. A. Hickey, truck driver of Waihi, and for H. F. Shears, general hand of Paeroa.
The appeal of H. Morrison for his farmhand, J. Kennedy, of Hikutaia, was adjourned, reservist to be released if and when replacement was possible. The appeal of J. W. Walker, carpenter of Kerepeehi, was adjourned while reservist was employed on essential work to which he was directed recently.
