REPLACEMENT OF ELEMENTS PERMIT NEEDED IN FUTURE “Notification from the controller has been received that radiators or replacement elements cannot be sold or repaired (with certain exceptions) without obtaining a permit from the Supply Authority. The public and Tesellers have been notified by advertisement and all contractors and the trade, together with the board’s employees, have been notified by letter,” reported the manager, Mi* R. Sprague to Tuesday’s meeting of the Thames Valley Electric Power Board.
