MR. W. CLARK TO STAND
NATIONAL PARTY CANDIDATE WILL CONTEST THAMES SEAT Mr W. A. Clark of Te Aroha who contested the Thames seat in the 1938 election in the National Party’s interests has been selected to represent the party in the forthcoming general election, advised Mr W. F. Johnstone while in conversation, this morning with a representative of the Hauraki Plains Gazette.
