ELECTRIC WIREMEN.

EXAMINATIONS IN PAEROA.

SIX CANDIDATES.

An examination for the registration of electric wiremen, conducted by the Education Department, was held in Paeroa on Friday and Saturday last, the written part of the examination being held in the Paeroa High School on Friday evening and the practical part in the Criterion Buildings on Saturday morning.

This is the first time that Paeroa has been made one of the . centres at which candidates may sit for this examination, the next nearest centre being Hamilton. In all, six candidates presented themselves for examination under the supervision of Mr G. H. Taylor.
