HOW TO EARN EASY MONEY. t'. UNSCRUPULOUS INDIVIDUAL. A cruel hoax was practised on Wellington people three or four Jays ago, and resulted in a number—including some unemployed who could ill afford to lose Is—becoming victim's of an unscrupulous individiial. Ar. advertisement was issued, “How to' mak? £4 to £5 a week easily, at home. Send addressed' eri- f velope and p.o. Is to —-,Box , . Te Aro.” - ' One of tlie victims showed the reply, he had recbjved to a “Dominion” representative? In the-envelope was a small visiting card,? and on it was printed the advice)? .“Do as-1 do : advertise.” This enterprising - individual has probably departed by now or pas-, k -tures new, and may attempt to dupe ' other victims.
