MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
SITTING AT PAEROA. JUDGMENTS ENTERED. At Monday’s sitting of the Paeroa Magistrate’s Court, Mr F. W. Platts, S.M., presiding, judgment for plaintiff by default was given in the following cases :— Le Manquais, Lamb and Co., Ltd., v. W. B. Beswick, £llB 12s 6d and £6 7s costs ; Brenan and Co., Ltd., v. C. Gregory, £144 Ils and £5 2s costs ; C. W. Watts v. P. Patterson, £9 3s 2d and £1 14s 6d costs ; D. McWatters v. J. Kotara, £9 14s and £1 19s 6d costs ; Masters and Son v. C. S. Shepherd, £4 14s and £1 5s fid costs. JUDGMENT SUMMONSES. The following judgment summonses were also dealt with :— ■W. Fleming and Son, Ltd.,, v. J. Kotara, £7 19s 6d ; £1 a month, in default four days’ imprisonment. Northern Automobiles, Ltd., v. J. H. Evans,. £9 4s 2d ; £1 a month, in default five days imprisonment.
