ODDFELLOWS.

MEETING OF PAST GRANDSCONSIDERATION OF REMITS. The Thames Valley Past Grands’ Lodge, M.U.1.0.0.F., held its meeting in the Returned Soldiers’ Club, Paercla, on Wednesday. Members were; present from Loyal Waihi, Loyal Wattekaurj and* Golden Cross. (Waikino), Loyal Netherton, and Loyal Jubilee lodges.

The District Grand Master, Bro. W. Gubb, P.G., of Tuakau, was present in his official capacity, and members of the Thames Past Grands’ Lodge also attended as visitors.

The president, P.G. Bro. D. Currie, of WaikinO, presided, andi welcomed the Grand Master and Thames brethren.

The lodge decided to convey the sympathy of the meeting to P.G. Bro. C. Bowie, of Te Aroha, in his family bereavement.

The main business, cS. the meeting, the question of lodge remits to the District Conference in March, received consideration. Keen discussion ensued on all matters introduced. Following the meeting supper was served, and entertainment was provided by -Bros. Johnson, Whaley, and Leach.
