ODDFELLOWSHIP.
THAMES VALLEY EAST GRANDS. FORMATION OF NEW LODGE. Still another milestone- in the work of the M.U., 1.0.10. F. in the Auckland district has been reached with the establishment of a Past Grand’s ledge at Paferoa. An inaugural meeting 'held last Wednesday night drew representatives from all parts ef -the district. The lodge was 'opened-, with clue form and ceremony by P.G. Bro. s. H. Morgan, of Waitekaiiri and Golden Cross Lodge, WaikinQ. With minor alterations .to suit local conditions the rules of the Loyal Auckland- Past Grands’ Lodge were, adopted.
TJic election of officers resulted as follows : President, P.G. Bro. D. Currie (Waikino) ; vice-president, P.G. Bro. C. A. Stembridge (Netherton) ; past president, P.G. Bro. P. Harold (N’ei.herton) ; secretary. P.G'. Bro. K. L. glyfield ; treasurer. P. G. Bro. C. Townshend (Paeroa) ; trusteers, P.G. Bro. G. Faildn (Paeroa). P. G. Bro. C. Bowie (To Aroha), P. G. Bro. T. M. Wilkinson (Pa.eroa) ; auditors. P.G. Bro. J. Rackham (Karangaliake) and P.G. Bro. N. Whaley (Waikino) ; Conductor, P.G. Bro. C. McNeil (Netherton) ; Warden, P.G-, Sister M. Tierney (Karangahake). Following tihq meeting the sisters bl Loyal Jubilee Lodge', Pa.eroa, entertained the visitors.
